KJ has been involved with the zoo's green classroom from the beginning; from the designing, choosing of theme and plants, and building the beds. Yesterday, he finally got to plant. The garden has 5 beds, one for each sense, and will be called "Sensory Safari."

Afterwards, we went to lunch with some friends, and since fencing was cancelled, we headed out to a park so the kids could burn off some energy.
