Update:
I talked to KJ's doctor and he has an epididymis cyst and some blood in his urine. If the pain persists (it has gotten much better), he will need to see a urologist. She does want to repeat his urine test when he gets back though.
Yeouch! Poor KJ. So what will this mean for him, as far as treatment and so forth? I hope you guys can get it resolved soon. He'll be in my prayers. Dy
Ummm, I don't know yet. We're going to go ahead and just get a referral to a urologist. If the cyst causes pain, they will surgically remove it. Not sure about the blood in the urine yet.
Ouch! Poor KJ. I hope he gets better quickly! Boil some barley and get him to drink the cooled water! As much as he can take. It tastes awful but helps clear the urine. (This one is not me being weird, Ash had a lot of problems in this dept and many hospital visits, the barley really does help!) It's very important that they pee a lot to clear it up! Sending some healing thoughts his way.
